  • Division 1 :  Economics/ Finance / Agriculture / IPR / TCDC

  • Division 2 : Science and Technology / Environment / Transportation and Communication

  • Division 3 : ESCAP Matters/International Commitment Fund

  • Division 4 : Social and Cultural Affairs

  • Division 5 : Political/Legal/Security/Disarmament/Candidatures

  • Division 6 : Human Rights/Humanitarian Affairs

The Office of United Nations and International Organizations implements the multilateral foreign policy of the Philippines, bearing in mind that Philippine initiates must contribute to the attainment of the goals specified in the 10 point programme of government of the Philippines and the Medium Term Development Plan entitled Angat Pinoy 2004.  The Office also actively supports United Nations activities in promoting peace and sustainable development of humankind in the  conditions of globalization, and under a regime of respect for human rights, law and justice.  As such, the foremost cross-cutting theme in Philippine multilateral diplomacy is the quest for attaining growth with equity.
