21 November 2012 - In line with the Department of Foreign Affairs’ (DFA’s) mandate to provide the public with efficient services and address their passport-related concerns, the Office of Consular Affairs has announced that the official e-mail address of the Office of Passport Director,passportconcerns@dfa.gov.ph, is now operational.

Through this new email address, passport-related queries, complaints, comments and even suggestions could be brought to the attention of the DFA. END
