| The Board of Foreign Service Examinations would like to announce the five (5) examinees who passed the English Proficiency Test (TOEFL iBT) allowed for qualified DFA Employees: |

| These examinees who qualified to take the EPT (TOEFL iBT) have fully met the criteria set forth by the BFSE for DFA and FSI personnel who: a) are holders of regular items; b) have three (3) years of Very Satisfactory performance ratings; and c) have earned Professional Grade Civil Service Eligibility or its equivalent under PD 907. |

| The above-named applicants are instructed to submit to the BFSE Secretariat Office four (4) sets of accomplished Curriculum Vitae form w/ 2" x 2" photo (please use 8.5" x 13" bond paper) on or before 5:00 pm of 10 April 2012 to be able to proceed to the Preliminary Interview of the 2012 FSO Examinations on 14 April 2012. |

| A copy of the curriculum vitae form may be downloaded from the DFA website. The BFSE Secretariat will only accept accomplished forms following the prescribed format. |
