4 October 2012- The Philippine Consulate General in Osaka together with its attached agencies, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department of Tourism (DOT), observed the 114th Anniversary of Philippine Independence with a flag ceremony and reception on June 12. It was attended by members of the Filipino community, business, sports and entertainment sectors, religious congregations, and academic scholars in the Kansai region. END
