26 February 2013 - Ambassador Alejandro B. Mosquera led the Officers and Staff of the Philippine Embassy in Moscow and members of the Filipino community in a special flag-raising ceremony commemorating the 27th Anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution on February 25.
In his remarks, Ambassador Mosquera recalled the momentous 1986 revolution when the Filipino people united to reclaim its freedom.
Today, he underscored the continuing call for every Filipino to work together to liberate our country and people from poverty and in our own way help promote social justice and national progress. END
