19 March 2013 - The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully conducted its sixth mobile consular outreach services or Embassy-on-Wheels (EOW) for the year. The EOW was held at the Al Jazeera International School in Al Khobar’s Rakah District from
March 07 to 08.
The four-member EOW Team, led by Vice Consul Red Genotiva, facilitated 405 e-passport applications, 32 passports extensions, 13 registrations of birth, and 160 notarials, five (5) authentication of documents with 330 new e-passports released.
A total of 945 Filipinos were served during the EOW in Al Khobar.
The EOW Team was augmented by four (4) encoders. They were also assisted by Filipino volunteers in the Eastern Province.
Vice Consul Genotiva expressed his appreciation for the continued support of Filipino volunteers to the Embassy’s consular outreach services program.
The next EOW in Al Khobar will be held on March 28 to 29 at Al Jazeera International School. END
