REMINDER TO ALL QUALIFIED EXAMINEES

OF THE WRITTEN TEST OF THE 2011 FSO EXAMINATION


  1. Please arrive at the Department of Foreign Affairs, on or before 7:00 a.m. on the first day of the examination and on or before 7:30 a.m. on the succeeding days of the exams. Examinees who arrive late on any day of the examinations will not be allowed to take the Written Test.
  1. Bring two (2) valid identification cards with your picture (company I.D., school I.D., Driver's license, passport and the like).
  1. Ball pens with black ink.
  1. Bring your own food (lunch, merienda and water)
Note: Only light snacks (not crunchy) are allowed inside the examination room.

  1. There is NO PARKING of vehicles inside the premises of the Department of   Foreign Affairs.
  1. Littering and loitering is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Department.
  1. Cell phones shall be turned-off before entering the examination room.
  1. SMOKING is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Department.
  1. SILENCE shall be observed while inside the examination room.
  1. Gate 1 of the Department of Foreign Affairs (along Roxas Boulevard) shall be the only entrance to be used.
