The Board of Foreign Service Examinations announces that the 2013 FOREIGN SERVICE OFFICER (FSO) EXAMINATIONS - Qualifying Test will be held in the following venues on 10 March 2013: |

| 1. | Saint Louis College Lingsat, San Fernando City, La Union |
|
| 2. | Training Room Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. 3 Diosdado Macapagal Government Center Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga |
|
| 3. | Mariner’s Polytechnic College Rawis, Legazpi City |
|
| 4. | West Visayas State University Luna St., La Paz, Iloilo City |
|
| 5. | Cebu Normal University Osmeña Blvd., Cebu City |
|
| 6. | Don Pablo Lorenzo Memorial High School Gov. Ramos Ave., Sta. Maria Zamboanga City |
|
| 7. | Liceo de Cagayan University – College Campus Cagayan de Oro City |
|
| 8. | Magallanes Elementary School Magallanes St., Davao City |
|
| 9. | For Bonifacio High School J.P. Rizal, Makati City |
|
| 10. | University of the Philippines Governor Pack Road, Baguio City |
|
| Examinees are advised to be at the testing centers on or before 7:00am on 10 March 2013. They are requested to bring the following items: | ||
| a. | Admission Pass | |
| b. |
At least two (2) valid original identification cards with your picture, signature and date of birth, such as company or school I.D., driver’s license, passport, etc;

| c. |
2 identical photos (1.8 x 1.4 inches), colored with white background, with full handwritten (not computer generated) name tag in the format first name, middle initial, last name, and extension name (if any) and signature over printed name (for details, please refer to webpage http://excell.csc.gov.ph/cscweb/geninfo_cse.html of the Civil Service Commission);

| d. | No. 2 lead pencils; and | |
| e. | Black ball pens. | |
|
The FSO Qualifying Test admission passes may be collected from the BFSE Secretariat, 2/F, DFA Bldg., 2330 Roxas Blvd., Pasay City starting on 21 February 2013. Those who opted to collect their admission passes from DFA Regional Consular Offices (RCO) are advised to contact their respective RCOs after 27 February to check if the admission passes are available, before claiming them.
