Basilio and Assistant Deputy Minister for Asia and Chief Trade Negotiator Peter McGovern of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of Canada (DFAIT-Canada) during the opening session of the inaugural meeting of the Philippines-Canada Joint Commission on Bilateral Cooperation (PHL-CA JCBC) on Tuesday, 05 February 2013, at the Diamond Hotel Manila.
The JCBC between the Philippines and Canada will work to promote initiatives to strengthen bilateral cooperation in economic, political, security, education, labor and other aspects of Philippines-Canada relations. END
