1 March 2010 - Philippine Ambassador to the United States Willy C. Gaa (right) turned over to officials of the American University's ASEAN Studies Center a copy of the coffe-table book "One Caring and Sharing Community: The Philippines in ASEAN" during a reception held on February 18.

Philippine Studies now an Area of Interest at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany

27 February 2010- The Philippine Embassy in Berlin reported that Ambassador Delia Domingo Albert visited Frankfurt's Goethe University to turn over 41 books on Philippine history, politics and culture.

The collection of books donated by the Embassy marks the beginning of a close cooperation between the highly prestigious academic institution and the Philippines.
