13 April 2009 - The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has issued a travel advisory to all Filipinos travelling to Thailand:
"In view of Thailand's declaration of a state of emergency, it is urged that non-essential and non-urgent travels to Bangkok and the surrounding provinces be postponed until the current political tensions subside."
