IN KUWAIT WITH VALID RESIDENCE PERMITS CAN RETURN WITHIN SIX MONTHS
The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait reports that, according to Kuwait’s Ministry
of Social Welfare and Labor, expatriates who have left Kuwait because of the
current situation can return to the country if they hold valid residence permits
and if they return before the lapse of six months from departure. However,
expatriates whose residence permits expire while abroad must obtain new visas.
