19 November 2004 – The Department of Foreign Affairs Ladies Foundation International Bazaar 2004 today presented the list of exciting prizes that will be given away during yearly big bargain sale on 29 November 2004 at the Le Pavilion, Pasay City.

Madame Rosie Lovely Romulo, Chairperson of the organizing committee of the International Bazaar said several private organizations and individuals donated the prizes for the early pre-Christmas shoppers, which include gift certificates from Via Mare,  round trip tickets to Ho Chi Minh City (courtesy of Vietnam Airlines), Hong Kong (courtesy of Philippine Airlines) and Kuala Lumpur (courtesy of Malaysia Airlines).  The prizes also include gift certificates from Hotel Peninsula Manila, New World Renaissance Hotel, Century Park Hotel, Mandarin Oriental Manila, Diamond Hotel, Westin Philippine Plaza and Intercontinental Hotel.

Other raffle prizes are one computer from AMA Computer College,  three cellphones from Globe, appliance, home decors and fashion accessories  from different private donors, and gift certificates from Tesoro’s, Allied Bank, Cabalen, Oody’s Noodles and Avon.

Over 41 countries represented by the Diplomatic and Consular Corps as well as local manufacturers will showcase their products at the International Bazaar. END   (please refer to PR# 732 -2004)
