25 April 2005—Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo, Madame Lovely Romulo and Undersecretary for Administration Franklin M. Ebdalin lead DFA officials in conveying their condolences to the family of Assistant Secretary for Asian and Pacific Affairs Alicia C. Ramos. Ms. Leticia C. Ramos (L of Secretary Romulo), sister of Assistant Secretary Ramos, receives the condolences on behalf of the family. The remains of Assistant Secretary Ramos lie in state at the Loyola Memorial Chapels, Guadalupe, Makati City.       The DFA will hold necrological services for Assistant Secretary Ramos at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, 27 April 2005, at the Loyola Memorial Chapels. Assistant Secretary Ramos died on Sunday, 24 April 2005, and will be buried on Thursday, 28 April 2005, in Rosario, Cavite alongside her parents.
