25 April 2005—Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo conveys his condolences to Ms. Leticia C. Ramos, FSO, sister of the late Assistant Secretary for Asian and Pacific Affairs Alicia C. Ramos. Joining Secretary Romulo are (L-R) Ambassador Linglingay Lacanlale, Chief of Protocol - Malacanang,   and Undersecretary for Administration Franklin Ebadlin. The remains of Assistant Secretary Ramos lie in state at the Loyola Memorial Chapels, Guadalupe, Makati City. The DFA will hold necrological services for Assistant Secretary Ramos at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, 27 April 2005, at the Loyola Memorial Chapels. Assistant Secretary Ramos died on Sunday, 24 April 2005, and will be buried on Thursday, 28 April 2005, in Rosario, Cavite alongside her parents.
