SECRETARY ROMULO BRIEFS DIPLOMATS OF ASEAN AND
DIALOGUE PARTNERS ON ASEAN FOREIGN MINISTERS RETREAT

15 April 2005 –Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo conducts at the Carlos P. Garcia Conference Room, DFA a briefing for the nine Ambassadors in Manila of the ASEAN and the ten Ambassadors of the ASEAN Dialogue Partners on the results of the ASEAN Foreign Ministers Retreat held from 10-12 April 2005 in Cebu City.  Assisting Secretary Romulo during the briefing are Assistant Secretary Susan Castrence of the Office of ASEAN Affairs (OAA) and  Director Sylvia Marasigan of the OAA Division 1 (Policy Developments).  (Mark Santos)
