UNDERSECRETARY EBDALIN BIDS FAREWELL TO OUTGOING CZECH AMBASSADOR

03 August 2005 – Undersecretary for Administration Franklin M. Ebdalin delivers his remarks at the farewell luncheon he hosted for outgoing Czech Ambassador H.E. Stanislav Slavicky (center, left row) at the  Hotel Intercontinental Manila. Undersecretary Ebdalin underscored the accomplishments of Ambassador Slavicky in raising the level of bilateral relations in the political arena  by arranging high-level visits to the Philippines of various Czech officials.  Ambassador Slavicky is the first resident ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Philippines.  Joining Undersecretary Ebdalin in the farewell lunch are (left row) MRT General Manager Hon.
