8 August 2005 – Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo and Mrs. Rosie Lovely Romulo open the ASEAN Photo Competition and Exhibition at the lobby of the Department of Foreign Affairs as part of the activities to celebrate the 38th Founding Anniversary of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) with the theme “ASEAN Community Building for ASEAN People.”   Mrs. Romulo cuts the ceremonial ribbon for the exhibit entitled “Growing with Nature – ASEAN’s Environmental Challenge,” which features 100 photograph entries to the 2004 ASEAN Photo Competition.
