15 August 2005 -- Foreign Affairs Senior Foreign Affairs Adviser Ambassador Leonides Caday (seated, 2nd R) leads government officials in welcoming the new members of the Malaysian contingent of the International Monitoring Team that arrived in Manila today to monitor the existing ceasefire agreement between the Philippine Government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).  Joining Ambassador Caday in welcoming the Malaysian contingent are (seated, from L) GRP Ceasefire Committee Chair Brig. Gen. Ramon Santos, IMT head Major General Zulkifeli bin Mohd Zin of Malaysia, Acting Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Undersecretary Rene Sarmiento, and MILF Ceasefire Committee Chair Von Al Haq.  The Malaysian contingent is led by First Admiral Mohd Som bin Ibrahim (standing, 6th L).
