ROMULO TAKES LEAD IN SOUTH CHINA SEA DISCUSSIONS

9 December 2005, Kuala Lumpur - Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo holds talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhou Xing before the ASEAN-China Ministerial Meeting, where Secretary Romulo led the discussion on further promoting peace and security in the South China Sea.
