FILIPINO COMMUNITY IN SAUDI ARABIA UNITES BEHIND PGMA’S CONTINUED LEADERSHIP

2 July 2005, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo receives from Mr. Alex Veloso Bello the manifesto signed by the leaders of Overseas Filipino Workers organizations in Saudi Arabia expressing support for the actions taken by President Arroyo over the issue of her taped conversation and calling for the nation to unite behind the President.  Mr. Veloso is the President of the OFW-Congress.  To the left is Foreign Affairs Undersecretary and former ambassador to Saudi Arabia Rafael E. Seguis.
