107th INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION IN ABU DHABI

04 July 2005 – Philippine Ambassador to Abu Dhabi Libran Cabactulan (center, front row) leads Embassy officers and leaders of the Filipino community in the United Arab Emirates  in the flag raising ceremony during the 107th anniversary of Philippine Independence on 12 June 2005.   The oversized Philippine flag stands high against the Abu Dhabi skyline. Ambassador Cabactulan expressed the appreciation of the Embassy to the Filipino community and the UAE government officials for attending the various events to commemorate Philippine Independence Day.
