NEW BATCH OF FSO, CLASS IV

2005 – Secretary of Foreign Affairs Alberto G. Romulo welcomes 19 new Foreign
Service Officers (FSOs) appointed by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo,
saying that they “bring to the Department a wealth of experience and expertise
that can undoubtedly be harnessed in the service of our nationals and our
national interests.” The new Foreign Service Officers, Class IV,
are: Jason Jovencio A. Anasarias; Melanie Rita T. Balisi; Lorena Joy P.
Banagodos; Grace Anne G. Bulos; Ma. Carmela Teresa A. Cabreira; Aian A.
Caringal; Greg Marie V. Concha; Conrado B. Demdem, Jr.; Alexander N. Go;
Emmanuel Donato K. Guzman; Lorenzo Rhys G. Jungco IV; Susanna L. Mendiola;
Edwin Gil. Q. Mendoza; Rea G. Oreta; Maria Cynthia P. Pelayo; Reichel P.
