16 March 2005- Members of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Commission of Appointments led by Committee Chair Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago deliberate on the appointment of Alberto G. Romulo as Secretary of Foreign Affairs. The Committee unanimously endorsed the Secretary Romulo’s appointment to the Plenary Session of the Commission of Appointments. (Mark Santos)
