3 March 2005— Mr. Tore Hattrem, Deputy Director General of the Peace and Reconciliation Section of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, addresses the forum “Norway’s perspectives in global peace building”  organized by the Foreign Service Institute at the DFA.  The forum was attended by government officials led by Acting Foreign Affairs Secretary Jose S. Brillantes, Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Secretary Teresita Quintos-Deles and Ambassador Leonides Caday, Special Assistance, Office of the Undersecretary for Special Concerns, as well as representatives from other agencies who have strategic participation in the Philippine peace process, such as the AFP, PNP, DILG, Commission on Human Rights and the DOJ.
