07 March 2005 – Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs Jose Brillantes (2nd from L) welcomes the Malaysian Delegation, headed by Dato Seri Aseh bin Haji Che Mat, Secretary General of the Malaysian Home Affairs (2nd from R), at the start of the First Meeting of the RP-Malaysia Working Group on Migrant Workers held at the DFA.  The Philippines and Malaysia agreed on the orderly return and humane treatment of OFWs who will be covered by the implementation of the Malaysian immigration law.  Joining Undersecretary Brillantes are (from L-R) Presidential Special Representative Nur Jaafar, Labor Undersecretary Manuel Imson, Social Welfare and Develop Undersecretary Celia Yangco and Interior and Local Government Undersecretary Wencelito Andanar.  Joining Secretary General Che Mat for the Malaysian Delegation are (from L-R) Home Affairs Ministry Undersecretaries Mohamed Rosli Saad and Alias bin Haji Ahmad, Immigration Department Director General Dato Mohd Jamal Kamdi and Malaysian Ambassador to the Philippines H.E.
