“The RCO Tuguegarao aims to reach out even to the remotest barangay to be able give the passport service the people deserve,” Officer-in-Charge Antonio M. Allam, Jr. said.
San Mateo Mayor Roberto Agcaoili, Sr. invited the DFA-RCO team in line with the launching of the Municipal Civil Registrar’s Batch Request Entry System (BRES) program where local residents can obtain civil registry documents from the Civil Registrar’s Office.
