CONSENSUS IN CEBU BRINGS EAST ASIA COMMUNITY CLOSER TO REALITY – ROMULO

6 May 2005, Kyoto, Japan—Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo with the Foreign Ministers of ASEAN and the ASEAN Plus Three countries (China, Republic of Korea) before the start of their meeting.
