Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo answers questions from the audience after his foreign policy speech at the Heritage Foundation in Washington DC on 18 May 2005.  Many of the questions focused on the war on terror, Philippine economic and fiscal reforms, regional security and RP-US relations. To the Secretary’s left on stage is Philippine Ambassador to the United States Albert Del Rosario.
