17 May 2005, Department of State, Washington DC – Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo with US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice before their talks in Washington.  The two officials reiterated their commitment to strengthening relations between the Philippines and the United States and in facing the common regional and global challenges, including the fight against terrorism.
