RP PURSUES DEBT ISSUE, PROTECTION OF MIGRANT WORKERS, INTERFAITH DIALOGUE IN COMMUNITY OF DEMOCRACY MINISTERIAL MEETING

19 September 2005, United Nations, New York – Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo addresses the Ministerial Meeting of the Conference of Democracies (CD) during which he accepted the invitation to become a member of the CD’s Convening Group.  The Secretary also rallied the CD behind the need to address the debt issue, the protection of migrant workers and interfaith dialogue.
