05 January 2006 – Charges d’Affaires a.i. of the Philippine Embassy, Buenos Aires Raul Dado leads the Embassy personnel and family members in the floral offering at the bust of Dr. Jose P. Rizal in commemoration of 109th Anniversary of the Martyrdom of the National Hero on 30 December 2005 at the Paseo de Filipinas in the Belgrano District, Buenos Aires.  The wreath-laying ceremony was part of the Embassy’s simple rites to remember Dr. Rizal’s contribution to the country’s independence.
