AMBASSADOR BARSANA PRESENTS CREDENTIALS AS PHILIPPINE ENVOY TO BRASIL

18 January 2006 - Philippine Ambassador to Brazil Teresita V.G. Barsana reviews the Brazilian honor guards at a military ceremony after she presented her credentials to Brazilian President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva on 12 January 2006. The Philippine flag was hoisted proudly beside the Brazilian flag in front of the Presidential Palace in Brasilia during the ceremonies.
