27 January 2006 – International Bazaar Foundation (IBF) Chairperson Madame Rosie Lovely T. Romulo (center) discusses definition of duties of the newly-elected IBF officers for the year 2006 during the meeting held on 25 January 2006 at the Department of Foreign Affairs.  The Officers also discussed the allocation of the proceeds for the 2005 budget, assessment of last year’s bazaar, schedule of future meetings and other financial matters.
