PHILIPPINES AND BRUNEI CONVENE 2ND JOINT DEFENSE WORKING COMMITTEE MEETING:
CHART FUTURE COURSE FOR BILATERAL DEFENSE AND MILITARY RELATIONS

12 May 2006, Brunei Darussalam - Philippine Ambassador to Brunei Virginia H. Benavidez (6th, L, seated) welcomed at the Ambassador’s residence “Ang Bahay” the representatives to the Philippines-Brunei 2nd Joint Defense Working Committee Meeting held last 17-18 April in Bander Seri Begawan.  The Meeting was co-chaired by Undersecretary of Defense Antonio C. Santos, Jr. (7th, L, seated) from the Philippines and Permanent Secretary of Defense Haji Mustappa bin Haji Sirat (5th, L, seated) from Brunei Darussalam.  Also in the picture are senior DND and AFP officials as well as officials of Brunei’s Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
