 6 November 2007—Consul General Maria Lumen Isleta (second from left) assisted by Consul Nathaniel Imperial, partly hidden (extreme left) hands over tokens of appreciation to members of the SATS-APF Team headed by Mr. N. Kupusamy (extreme right), who conducted a briefing on the work of SATS-APF and the security features of various foreign passports, including the detection of fake travel documents among Embassy officials and consular staff on 26 October 2007 at the Conference Room of the Philippine Embassy in Singapore.
