29 November 2007 -- Philippine Ambassador to Vietnam Laura Q. Del Rosario (seated second from right), Embassy personnel, and the leaders and representatives of the Filipino community in Hanoi welcomed Education Secretary Jesli Lapus (seated third from left) at a lunch organized by the Embassy on 24 November 2007.

 

Secretary Lapus attended the ASEAN Educational Forum in Hanoi upon the invitation of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam. He thanked the Filipino community for their donation to President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo’s classroom project.  END
