ESTONIA N TRAVEL AGENTS TO VISIT THE PHILIPPINES

12 November 2007 – The Philippine Embassy in Stockholm reported to the Department of Foreign Affairs that twelve members of the Estonian Association of Travel Agents (EATA) will visit Cebu and Bohol, as part of their familiarization tour of the Philippines from 29 November to 05 December. Their planned travel itinerary includes day tours to Mactan and Panglao Islands.

EATA's planned visit to the Philippines came at the heels of Ambassador Maria Zeneida Angara Collinson's invitation personally extended to EATA President Mr. Sven Lookene.

The Lady Ambassador expressed optimism that the trip would serve well to encourage  travel agencies in Estonia to promote the Philippines as an exciting destination.

The familiarization tour is organized by the Philippines' Tourism Attaché in London and the Blue Horizons Travel and Tours, which is based in the Philippines. END.
