RP ECONOMIC TEAM AND PHILIPPINE BANKERS REAFFIRM PHILIPPINE COMMITMENT TO MDG GOALS AT WB-IMF ANNUAL SESSION

25 October 2007—Philippine Ambassador to the U.S. Willy C. Gaa welcomed members of the Philippine delegation to a luncheon reception at the Philippine Embassy last 20 October. The delegation headed by Secretary of Finance Margarito Teves was composed of officials from the Department of Finance, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Philippine banking officials, Senator Edgardo Angara, Congressmen Hermilano Mandanas and Ramon Durano VI.
