FILIPINO JOURNALISTS, POLICY MAKERS AND RELIGIOUS LEADERS ATTEND BRIEFING ON ISRAEL AND THE MIDDLE EAST PEACE EFFORTS

29 October 2007—The Delegation to the “Filipino Journalists, Policy Makers and Religious Leaders Seminar” attends a briefing on Israel and current geopolitical issues conducted by Dr. Giora Eliraz (standing) on 23 October 2007 in Tel Aviv.  The nine-man delegation arrived in Israel on 22 October 2007 for a ten day seminar, sponsored by the American Jewish Committee (AJC),  which aims to provide first hand, balance and multi-faceted views of Israel as well as update the participants on current issues facing Israel.  Chargé d’Affaires a.i.
