18 February 2008 – Philippine Ambassador to Mexico Antonio M. Lagdameo reported to the Department of Foreign Affairs the swearing in to office of Mr. Francisco Eduardo P. Cué as Philippine Honorary Consul in Monterrey, Mexico with jurisdiction covering Nuevo Leon, Cauahuila, Tamaulipas, Durango and San Luis Potosi.
