PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN MADRID COMMEMORATES EDSA PEOPLE POWER REVOLUTION |

06 March 2008 – The Philippine Embassy in Madrid, headed by Ambassador Joseph D. Bernardo y Medina, together with the officers and staff of the embassy and members of the Filipino community, commemorated the 22nd Anniversary of the People Power Revolution in EDSA. A flag raising ceremony at the grounds of the consulate highlighted the event. It was followed by a breakfast of chocolate y churros. During the breakfast, Ambassador Bernardo talked and mingled with OFWs who graced the event. END
