12 March 2008 - H.E. Philippe J. Lhuillier, Philippine Ambassador to Italy, giving his remarks during the 3rd edition of the Bb. Pilipinas-Italy 2008 on 2 March at the Mandela Forum, Florence, Italy. The event was jointly organized by the Filipino Talents in Europe and the Filippini Immigrati di Toscana. In his remarks, Ambassador Lhuillier congratulated in advance all the female participants for showing Italy the “incomparable beauty of the Filipina.” The contestants came from Bologna, Florence, Pisa, Empoli, Prato, Naples, Reggio Calabria, and Palermo.
