AMBASSADOR LECAROS DELIVERS LECTURE AT THE MALAYSIAN ARMED FORCES DEFENSE COLLEGE

28 March 2008 - Philippine Ambassador to Malaysia Victoriano M. Lecaros delivered a lecture on the topic, “Philippine Foreign, Economic, and Defense Policies”, before graduate students of the Malaysian Armed Forces Defense College on 25 March 2008. The forty (40) graduate students, including Col. Jose Joriel M. Cenabre of the Philippine Marines, are attending the one-year (2008-2009) program, Masters in Defense Studies and International Relations (MDSIR), which is conducted by the College in coordination with the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia or the National University of Malaysia. The Masters Program, now on its second year, is part of the Malaysian Defense Cooperation Program (MDCP) extended by Malaysia to its neighboring countries. END |
