31 March 2008–Executive Director Crescente R. Relacion (left photo 2nd L) and Mr. Jun Abarquez (right photo, 1st L) of the Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs (OUMWA) of the Department of Foreign Affairs with members of the family of Crisanta Lopez Nagano and her son Naomasa Nagano upon the arrival of the latter’s remains at the NAIA on 30 March 2008, via Philippine Airlines flight PR431 from Narita, Japan.
