Ambassador Guinomla greets Turkish Minister of State for Foreign Trade Kursad Tuzmen during the TURAB meeting in Ankara. The Ambassador was one of the few non-Arab Ambassadors invited to the occasion to celebrate TURAB’s fifth anniversary. He invited TURAB members to explore possible partnership with Filipino businessmen. END
