PHILIPPINE HONORARY CONSUL GENERAL IN AMSTERDAM IS CONFERRED KNIGHTHOOD OF THE ORDER OF ORANGE-NASSAU BY HER MAJESTY QUEEN BEATRIX OF THE NETHERLANDS

Arguelles (left) with Philippine Honorary Consul General in Amsterdam and his spouse, Mr. and Mrs. Eppo and Marjan Horlings.  At a ceremony on 25 April presided by Minister Ab Klink of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports, Queen Beatrix conferred the Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau to Mr. Eppo Horlings for his work as Chairman of the Princess Beatrix Foundation, a foundation that primarily helps individuals with neuromuscular disorders.
